The kind folks at the magazine I hope to publish in some happy day, Michigan History magazine, have published a favorable review of my book in their July/August issue, on newsstands now! Yowza! "Hollowed Ground" sounds good, too--maybe I'll put that on my birthday list.

Book Signings Coming Up

Fun/leetle intimidating: some book signing dates are coming up for Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Looks like Nicola's on April 20 and the Archives April 24. Tentative. When times firm up I'll be sure to post 'em.

I do have some dip pens and I'm mighty tempted to take them, but I'm mighty sure I'd accidentally knock my bottle of ink all over my gracious host or hostess, yessir. It's indelible, too. Noodler's. Good stuff.

I must apologize to kind readers for not blogging much lately; I've been proofing the book manuscript, but I should be posting more again after next Monday, when it's due. In the meantime, the publisher just sent me a mockup of the cover. I absolutely love it. Wow, they have some good designers there! Dusty D feels incredibly fortunate and grateful.
